Growth within the management department

Gary Pepper has now joined our board of directors at DataKom.

Gary’s role will be our new ‘Customer Relations Director’, he will be responsible for the customer service delivery into both sets of DataKom and Pinnacle customers as a fully integrated business.

Gary’s team will focus on customer service delivery through all teams of the business and he will be responsible for all service issues – whilst ensuring a resolution is agreed with the customer, and provide training to our team to avoid further issues again.

Gary joins us from our internal group (Southern Communications) and has moved from his commercial manager role to the South West Office as of the 1st January 2020.

Going forward, we really want to improve our customer satisfaction, and so Gary and the Customer Relations team will be tasked with this fantastic opportunity to deliver excellence into the business.

We would like to congratulate Gary as he has worked extremely hard for Southern in the commercial team and we are very much looking forward to having him as part of our team.

I am very excited about joining DataKom and heading up this fantastic team. I see this as an essential and key department to becoming a single point of contact for our customers.

Using my past experience in customer service and operations, I am looking forward to developing and providing additional support to the team so we can provide great experience.

I see the Customer Relations team being pivotal to assist and help customers with their enquiries, ensuring the customer journey is smooth and timely in response.
