Three promotions at DataKom

Three of our client account managers – Daniel, Ashley and Darren have been at DataKom for a combined 14 years!
Together they have built numerous customer relationships – whilst assisting in our incredible growth.
The experience combined is timeless – achieving consistency and delivering excellent customer service throughout their roles within DataKom.
All have over achieved year on year – which has accelerated DataKom far above our targets.
Their efforts have not gone unnoticed, as of October 1st they continue their journey as ‘Senior Account Managers’.
This means that all three Account Managers will take a more strategic role within the client journey and help us develop other DataKom team members to ensure our client delivery is always exceptional.
Daniel’s comments:
“I have been at DataKom over 6 years now and have seen the business grow from strength to strength.
I started within our telesales team and have now worked my way into a senior sales role within the business – which is great success for me personally.
I look forward to continue growing along with the business.”
Ashley’s comments:
“I’ve been at DataKom for 5 years now, and it’s great to be part of the success. Moving to my new role as Senior Account Manager is exciting and I hope to keep developing my relationships with our existing clients.”
Darren’s comments:
“I have had a tremendous 3 years already at DataKom and been part of our exciting and continued growth in the innovative Kloud platform.
Our focus is always about the Customer, and delivering excellence in all of our services – that is why I joined originally and what excites me about this new role.
As Senior Account Mangers we’re able to ensure consistency of service and giving the customer the time to really understand their business, their challenges and how we can add value to the existing offerings – it’s a win – win situation”

I absolutely love to see people develop within this organisation, it’s a real passion of mine to watch someone develop into an even better version of themselves with our development & mentoring, however Darren, Dan & Ashley absolutely deserve this and more! – The customer service scores & targets achieved month on month means that all three have worked extremely hard to deliver.
