New field-based account manager promotion!

We’re really pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Keen – he will be joining the Sales team from the 1st of February 2020.

Chris joined us back in September 2019 as a desk-based account manager, however his outstanding hard work has led him to a fast track promotion to a new business account manager.

Chris will be seeking out new business opportunities in which he can help provide our innovative cloud solution to more local companies.

From a background in customer credit data solutions working across the globe, he’s now settled back to his home roots and joins us on the next growth phase we’re about to encounter.

Chris Keen’s comments:

I jumped into this opportunity without any experience in telecoms at all.

I’ve worked in sales and sales management for the last 14 years not just in the UK but Europe and also the states. I was given the opportunity to work with DataKom and jumped at the chance after researching the company’s values – I could see DataKom was doing very well and I wanted to be a part of its future.

After my 3 months of training – I was promoted to Business Development Manager – to say I was pleased is an understatement. I can now focus my time on going to see customers face to face, providing support, advice and solutions, which I’m extremely excited about!

Thank you to Jay and the team for all your support so far, I still have a lot to learn and I’m super excited to see what 2020 brings!

Chris brings a huge wealth of sales experience to our team, and I really see him as one to watch for the future.
