Promotions within DataKom

Back in January 2020, Gary Pepper joined the board of directors as our Customer Relations Director at the DataKom office in South Wales.
We are delighted to update you as Gary Pepper, who joined DataKom in January, has been promoted into the role of Service Director, meaning he will overlook the engineering, service desk and customer service departments.
Gary will also be working very closely with our Managing Director, John Matthews on the commerciality of DataKom, ensuring the business has optimised relationships with all suppliers – well done Gary!
Gary Pepper’s comments:
Having been part of the DataKom team as the Customer Relations Director, I am very much looking forward to taking on the additional responsibility of the Technical support and engineering teams.
I will be drawing on past experience working with Technical teams and combining this with my customer-focused approach to continue and drive the great work the team deliver every day. Combining Customer Relations and the Technical Support Teams will provide an enhanced seamless service for our customers.
